I gave a low rating because of your service department. I dropped my car off June 23, and, didn't get it back until Aug 1. I was treated with horrific disrespect! I am a senior and I am in shock over such treatment! Unanswered calls, and texts, and, when you did reach someone, disrespect.. You can't leave anyone there a message because it always goes to error.if not for the general manager I do not believe I would've received my car on Aug 1. Because of this treatment I will NEVER buy another Kia. More

Joseph is amazing he got me out of an impossible situation and got me into a vehicle I never thought I'd be able to get into. This dealership has gone above and beyond what they have to and I don't situation and got me into a vehicle I never thought I'd be able to get into. Thank you Kia Greenway West for always taking good care of me and my vehicles. I bought a Kia Forte in 2023. In March of 2025 I purchased a Kia Seltos, both cars were new and purchased at Kia Greenway We of me and my vehicles. I bought a Kia Forte in 2023. In March of 2025 I purchased a Kia Seltos, both cars were new and purchased at Kia Greenway West. Emmanuel and Mac in Sales are wonderful. Brett was an absolute delight to work with but I would not recommend this dealership. My Kia Forte has been underwhelming from day one and Greenway Kia West has not been able to fully accommodate any issu not recommend this dealership.
