I have never actually had a pleasant buying experience at a dealership before buying from Dean Team. My wife and I went in with our 9 month old baby to test drive an Atlas, and our sales rep Myles was extrem a dealership before buying from Dean Team. My wife and I went in with our 9 month old baby to test drive an Atlas, and our sales rep Myles was extremely friendly to all three of us the whole time! The pricing of the car was initially a bit over what I thought it was worth based on market research, but they were actually willing to meet me at a price that worked out well for both of us! Financing was a breeze, and they gave our little girl a cute little teddy bear on the way out the door! That teddy bear is still her favorite toy in the car. The only drawback (which isn’t even big enough to warrant dropping off of 5 stars) is that the payment packages they have you read through to sign up for extra coverage are not clearly defined, so it would be very easy to accidentally sign up for thousands of dollars in extra unnecessary coverage without realizing it. More

I came to Dean Team Subaru to look at specific used cars listed on the sight. I went in the first building and a gentleman asked what he could do for me, when he realized I was looking for the used cars he listed on the sight. I went in the first building and a gentleman asked what he could do for me, when he realized I was looking for the used cars he kindly escorted me over to the other building instead of just pointing the direction. He introduced me to Myles Eaton. Myles right away made me feel comfortable by being so great at listening and helping. I had already vetted out quite a bit before I came and he was respectful of that. He asked a few questions, grabbed some keys and showed me the cars I came to see as well as some comparable options too. I had come on a break between work appointments and mentioned that I would like to come back and test drive. I later made an appointment to come in on Saturday. Myles met with my husband and I and he had everything ready for us right when we arrived. We were off testing the two vehicles right away and he was there for us if we had any questions. He had helpful advice and was very knowledgeable about the different models and each year and make with features. This made it so much easier to think through my options. Once the decision was made, Myles was able to get everything together quickly. We met briefly with Ike who was very organized and kind, to wrap up payment. We left with a great value, a reliable car, and a confidence in the company. I would definitely recommend Myles Eaton in sales and the overall Dean Team Subaru experience was phenomenal. More
