My service rep Breanna had me wait 2 hrs and 20 minutes to have the battery in my remote control changed. Then for the next week and a half, she kept making promises to get back to me by a certain time-she to have the battery in my remote control changed. Then for the next week and a half, she kept making promises to get back to me by a certain time-she never did. Luckily My Phan spotted me looking unhappy and asked if she could help.
