Morris helped us out with my new HR-V and it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. From the moment we pulled on the lot, to even today almost a month later when he called to wish me a happy bi car buying experience we have ever had. From the moment we pulled on the lot, to even today almost a month later when he called to wish me a happy birthday his service has been absolutely incredible. We did not feel rushed, pressured, or icky as can sometimes happen when car shopping. I knew what I wanted when we walked in and they didn’t ba e the exact model/style I was looking for and Morris said what can I do for you today since we don’t have exactly what you had hoped. I said I’d love to take this one for the price of the other one I originally planned and he said okay let me see what I can do. No overly upselling the more expensive models they had, not trying to convince us to pick them or their vehicles. It was such a great experience I even named my car Morris and will tell everyone we know to go see him! More

One salesman needs training. I felt he was judging me. I asked about the Civic Si and he said it wasn’t available. I almost left the parking lot and drove back around. Luckily fo I felt he was judging me. I asked about the Civic Si and he said it wasn’t available. I almost left the parking lot and drove back around. Luckily for your business - he sold me a 2026 Civic Si that was clearly sitting in the lot. I don’t like being judged. I put $15000 cash down on a new car. More

Each individual I encountered was courteous and respectful. Buying a car can be overwhelming however at no time did I feel like I was being treated disrespectfully.
