Tom, thank you for sharing your feedback. There seems to be some confusion regarding the details of your experience, and we’d like to clarify. You were interested in a 2023 Chevy Trailblazer listed online for $20,400 and offered $19,500 out the door. After discussing with Kate, we authorized $21,500 including the vehicle and fees, which was declined, and you reiterated your offer of $19,500. When Morgan followed up, the $26,000 quoted was the out-the-door price including all fees and sales tax—not just the vehicle price. We acknowledge that we dropped the ball in our communication that evening, and Morgan did reach out early the next morning to apologize. Unfortunately, because there was no agreement or commitment to hold the vehicle, it was sold later that evening. We understand this was a frustrating experience and appreciate your feedback. If you’re still in the market, we would be happy to work with you to find another vehicle that meets your needs at a fair and transparent price. How do you go from 21500 all in to 26000- if it is just taxes that still doesn’t add up - end of the day the car was sold after closing hours during a time I was waiting on a response and all is good. I am not happy with the Customer Service and you have the right to treat me as you did. If Kate couldn’t help me further why did Bailey reach back out and increase the price. It should have been left alone instead of raising your price. Tax on 21,500 doesn’t increase it to 26000. Just handled wrong in my opinion which is what this review was.
