My 10 yr old Camry hybrid broke down and it was clear I needed to purchase a new car. Toyota of Cleveland delivered a new car to me at my work! All they knew was that I wanted a hybrid and wanted to see what they had to offer. The driver drove me to the shop where my car was in Dalton, GA, and then drove my car to Toyota of Cleveland to get evaluated there. They let met test drive a new RAV4 for a day. Then they let me test drive a new Prius and let me keep it until it was convenient for me to come to theit dealership in Cleveland. It became evident I needed a new car and after a week they had put me in 3 cars and I really got a feel for what I wanted. Thanks to Juanita the Internet sales manager and Monte, the manager, for working with me and my schedule to coordinate me testing out 3 cars. When I made it into the shop, salesman and leasing consultant Roger Thompson worked with me to come up with prices I was comfortable with and helped me to see the prices and advantages of different hybrids. He was very down to earth and friendly. I ended up leasing a 2016 Prius 4 that he showed me and am super excited and grateful for his expertise and patience in working to find the right fit for me. My experience was pleasant and everyone I worked with made me feel at ease with such a big purchase (for me) and important. Thanks also to Brad Cobb for his assistance. Rick Bowers- I need Thules. It was a true pleasure to have Ms Reta Maynor assist me in the sales process by providing comprehensive answers to all of my questions (which were enormous and complex) and demonstrating the features to me in great detail both before and after the sales transaction. She is a class act and possesses a depth of knowledge and passion for her work. The management of Toyota of Cleveland should be very proud of her professional dedication and the Toyota Motor Corporation of America should be grateful for her endless commitment to customer service. Previously, I visited a rival dealership and my experience was underwhelming as nobody anything about the options equipped on the vehicle and failed to offer me the opportunity to even test drive the type of vehicle I purchased. By far, Ms. Maynor is the best sales associate that I have encountered. I would highly recommend my friends to visit the Toyota of Cleveland dealership in the future and to seek the consultation of Ms. Maynor.
