Reliable & honest customer services provided by Mohammed!! Mohammed was my salesman and he immediately was in contact with me regarding the Toyota Sienna van I inquired about. He was courteous in answering all my questions before making the long drive to see & test drive the van. Mohammed was truthful and honest in answering my questions, along with my visit at Sloane. Once the vehicle was ready, he contacted me immediately and continued to be helpful throughout my purchasing of the vehicle. The price was listed differently on CarGurus compared to the actual Toyota dealership, but Mohammed still honored the listed price. The dealership is kept clean and everyone was very friendly, especially Mohammed. Mohammed gave exceptional customer service! He is a man of his word and followed through with all his promises when purchasing the vehicle. Even though the store closed at 9pm, he was willing to provide additional customer service passed the closing hour. He was friendly and courteous to my family & friend during my two trips there.
