Amazing experience with Mohammed! I walked into this dealership with my 2 month old and Mohammed O. Sid'Ahmed came right over to assist me and asked what he could help me with. I had I walked into this dealership with my 2 month old and Mohammed O. Sid'Ahmed came right over to assist me and asked what he could help me with. I had 2 vehicles to trade in and I was looking to purchase a new Highlander. He got right to work and had the first car appraised quickly, as he knew that I didn't want to be hanging around a dealership all day with a baby. I told him that I had already been to a different dealership the previous day and that they wasted my time with some low offers on both of my cars. I asked Mohammed to be straight with me and also let him know that I wouldn't bring the 2nd car in for appraisal if they were going to do the same thing to me. Mohammed said he would let me know as soon as possible what I could get for the first vehicle. Within 15 minutes of leaving the dealership, Mohammed called me with an offer that I couldn't refuse! I told him that I would bring the other car to him later that afternoon and he didn't disappoint with an offer for that car either. By the end of the day, I was getting the new Highlander that I wanted. One of the cars that I was trading in was a Highlander, which I purchased from the dealership that tried to give me a low ball offer the day before. I will no longer need to use that dealership since Mohammed showed me such respect and made the whole experience seamless. From now on, our family will use Mohammed when we need a new Toyota. His service and friendliness go a long way. He took the time to care and made us a terrific deal! Thank you Mohammed! More
