Mohammed was an awesome sales rep! From texting us pictures prior to coming to Toyota of Malvern (as it was newly brought in and not even pictured yet on website), to working out a lower price to buy pictures prior to coming to Toyota of Malvern (as it was newly brought in and not even pictured yet on website), to working out a lower price to buy to fix scratches on car door, to answering questions he was very awesome to work with! He made sure the car was pulled up and ready for us when we got there (as we lived 45 min away) and after buying, made sure the car was filled with gas completely! When we asked about a spare chip key for the used van we purchased, he said he would get in contact with previous owner to see if they had one. And we thought... this guy will forget for sure! and sure enough, about a month later, he was on phone with us saying he got the spare key and was sending in mail. Came in less than a week from that and it worked programmed to our van. That saved us about $300-400. Thank you Mohammed! He follows up on his promises! We will be sure to go back to you or Toyota Malvern if we ever have car needs again! More
