7/1 Requested "Try before you buy" as published and stated both in Toyota and Dealer on-line media. Told by senior sales person service unavailable. Had to rent Toyota RAV4 from Enterprise for $286.92 stated both in Toyota and Dealer on-line media. Told by senior sales person service unavailable. Had to rent Toyota RAV4 from Enterprise for $286.92 so my wife and I could compare performance and functionality with Subaru Forester Touring. No follow up by Sloan. Enterprise has a relationship with Sloan for Service Rentals. The Enterprise team did their best. RAV4 supplied was bottom of the barrel trim painted WW2 Wehermacht Grey with Black interior. Could have bought a LADA from the plant in Tolyatti Russia and done better. This is a case of the culture of two dealers. One wants a relationship and the other a transaction. We are seniors and feeling intimidated by the whole experience. We have not bought a new car in 20 years. We have lived here in Exton for 42 years and have not experienced anything like this for a major purchase. More

This is our 3rd vehicle from Sloan, Mohamed is fast, efficient and courteous; highly recommend using him. I also found the loan closing to be easy, Jeff wasnt pushy but did a fine job explaining differe efficient and courteous; highly recommend using him.
