Very low pressure and always attentive. Because of the number of vehicles at the dealership, it was easy for the sales staff to find exactly what I wanted to test drive. Funny, but while I was waiting for the car I was going to test to be pulled around, I found a car I was suddenly interested in. I had told the dealer I was not interested in looking at the Hybrid vehicles but I thought I would give it a try. I ended up buying that hybrid. Very responsive to my requests. The Finance lady had the coolest tool for the paperwork. She put no pressure on me or upsell me on unneeded items. More

Buy your new or used car from Mohamed Awad! I'm a woman of a certain age.... Certainly old enough to have had lots of car-buying experience! It's always been a stressful challenge to buy a car I'm a woman of a certain age.... Certainly old enough to have had lots of car-buying experience! It's always been a stressful challenge to buy a car as a woman. Consequently I don't trust sales people or dealerships in general. So this time, I decided to be prepared, and take my time. I did a lot of research on makes, models, prices, promotions, and dealership inventories. The Ed Martin dealership was my first stop. I was greeted by Mohamed Awad.... We had spoken on the phone before my visit and he was prepared to show me some cars. Mohamed's demeanor was welcoming without being overly enthusiastic. No pressure at all! He listened to me respectfully and took all of the time needed so that I could test drive 4 different cars. He knew that I was shopping around and that I'd done a lot of homework. Truthfully, I didn't intend to buy a car that day. I had another appointment with another sales person at another large dealership the following morning and I wanted to make comparisons and get the best price. I had financing arranged ahead of time with my credit union.... The last car I test drove was more than I intended to spend. But I really liked it. A lot. I showed Mohamed similar cars at a lower price point at the other dealership. He made many trips back and forth to consult with the sales manager and came back with the wrong numbers. Mohamed believed me when I said I had options and I was prepared to leave. He finally asked me if I'd buy the car that day if he could get me the price I specified and I sad yes. He worked so hard and kept me in the loop through the entire process. I drove my new, used 2016 RAV4 XLE home that day. Mohamed made this car-buying experience a very positive one..... The best one ever. That's saying a lot! It was even fun. I left the dealership that day not having felt even a shred of anxiety or frustration. I recommend Mohamed Awad without any hesitation. I hope you have the best-ever experience buying your next car from Mohamed!! More
