Great Dealership! We worked with Mohamed to purchase our RAV4. He was fantastic to work with - exactly what we expect from a sales person! He listened to our "musts" We worked with Mohamed to purchase our RAV4. He was fantastic to work with - exactly what we expect from a sales person! Incredible customer service! Mohamed and Eric were extremely attentive and responsive throughout the process. I was traveling for work and they made it easy to negotiate a buy through email. When we arrived at the dealership to make the final purchase, they made everything easy for us. Mohamed's personality and customer service were so exceptional that I started thinking through my job openings to figure out if he could fit somewhere. After working with him and reading the reviews of others though, I think he may have found his calling in helping through the car buying process. Ed Martin is lucky to have him. We don't buy cars often but next time we do, I will be looking for Mohamed and Eric first! Thanks for a great experience. More

Mohamed is Wonderful, and very professional!! My wife is happy with her new Toyota Highlander and overall we were pleased with the experience. However, she would have been even more satisfied if there were more color options available. Also, I'm not sure why we were charged for a hidden service fee for the amount of $199. I thought that this fee was unnecessary, and nontransparent as we have never told about it and Ed Martin is making enough profit to pay for the service of Lindsey. I will still recommend Ed Martin, and to deal with Mohammed in particular. More

Never purchase from Ed Martin! The sales experience was great until they have your money. Sales person knowing I drive over 35K miles/year, sold me a 2WD car when he knew I wanted The sales experience was great until they have your money. Sales person knowing I drive over 35K miles/year, sold me a 2WD car when he knew I wanted and needed a 4WD. I don’t think he misled me, I just don’t think he knew. But if your own sales person doesn’t know, how would they expect a consumer to know? Apparently buying a Lexus from a Toyata dealership gives them an excuse not to be knowledgeable about the cars they are selling. That’s not the worst part. The sales person put me in front of the GM, Derek Manis. In the 20 seconds I was explaining the situation to him, he said to me “Do you expect us to buy this car back when it was YOUR mistake?” AND “Are you accusing Mohamed of lying to you?”. Unbelievable! Even if they were not going to rectify this, what type of manager denigrates a customer after I just paid over $38,000 for a car? This was the most unprofessional and least customer centric experience ever, specifically from the general manager (Derek Manis). FYI- Purchased the car on Jan 11, 2019 and already broke down, had to have it towed to the Lexus dealership today (Feb 13). More

I gave him my budgetary perimeters and info'd him what I was looking for in my next vehicle and Mohamed hit a home run with the 2013 Corolla. Heather was very straight and to the point with the paperwork and made the process that much more easier for me. I was fully satisfied by their professionalism and with how they went about providing a vehicle for my needs. I will tell everyone I know who is looking for another vehicle to visit your dealership and Mohamed as Ed Martin Toyota has been my best experience in buying a car so far. More
