There were some specific things we wanted (Toyota Sienna with under 100,000 miles, leather seats, with seat warmers). We scoured our local area for a week, looked at a few, contacted dealerships, and we weren’t finding what we wanted. Then we decided to expand our search and that included Ed Martin Toyota, an hour plus drive away. We found the exact van we were looking for, the staff took care of us from start to finish, the process was easy, the dealership is clean and stocked with nice amenities (children’s area, snacks, quiet area, etc). We are also super happy that we got the warranty! My husband and I spent a half hour considering whether we would get the warranty. After owning our van a couple weeks, we are extremely glad that we got the warranty. It has given us a lot of peace of mind to know that if something happens, not only will we have roadside assistance, but it will be repaired. I can’t say enough about this dealership and our wonderful experience with both Mohamed and Brenda. This place is definitely worth the drive! More

Loved working with Mohamed! I was informed of Ed Martin solely because they were one of the only dealerships within somewhat of a close distance (I’m located ~3 hours away) that I was informed of Ed Martin solely because they were one of the only dealerships within somewhat of a close distance (I’m located ~3 hours away) that was receiving the 2019 RAV4 Hybrid XSE in the color and upgrades I wanted. I was able to call them and essentially purchase the car over the phone with ease. They even gave me a very good deal despite the high demand for the car. When I put a down payment on the car to reserve it, I was told it should arrive within 1-1.5 months. Unfortunately, the car took a couple extra months to arrive, but my salesman, Mohamed, was consistently available with status updates. I spoke to him more over the course of 3 months than I did some of my own family members. He was very patient when I had trouble deciding between purchasing and leasing, and when I ultimately decided to lease, he explained the terms in ways I easily understood. I understood the dealer had no control over the shipment and delivery, but Mohamed was adamant about providing optimal service by including free delivery to my house among other things. The day the car was being delivered, Mohamed had the day off, but still made himself available by providing updates and answering all my last minute questions. The individuals who delivered the car were thorough and finished all the necessary paperwork quickly. I highly recommend Ed Martin as a dealership and can confidently say Mohamed is the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. You will not regret trusting him with your future business. More
