Mohammed Awad, provided us with an excellent customer service experience as we were looking for a specific preowned Toyota Model and as a result of an extensive internet search, we happened upon the Ed M service experience as we were looking for a specific preowned Toyota Model and as a result of an extensive internet search, we happened upon the Ed Martin Toyota Dealership having the vehicle we were looking for. As our residence is in Cincinnati, Ohio we were concerned about driving over 100 miles to evaluate a car that may not be in the condition we wanted, so Mohammed offered to take a short video using his cell phone, showing it in great detail, which lessened our angst, and also provided his personal cell phone number to call before leaving to make sure the car was still available. We bought the car and the paper work portion of the transaction was painless, and explained in great detail by Sam Martin. The overall experience was well worth the drive. More
