Will not buy from corwin The car sold to me was handed off with only one key and no service manual or car manual; now I will need to purchase these things elsewhere. Furtherm The car sold to me was handed off with only one key and no service manual or car manual; now I will need to purchase these things elsewhere. Furthermore, the car was handed to me out of gas; it literally ran out of gas at the dealership and the salesman put just enough in to get me to the nearest gas station. When only three days after purchase my car would not run, the dealership Informed me that I would need to take it to a dealership in my own town because the company would not pay to tow it back to Fargo to service it at there own company AND they refused to pay for the service charges, claiming that it was not their fault the car had stopped only three days after purchase. If Corwin can’t even provide something as simple as a service fee when a car purchased days before does not run, what else do I need To worry about? The car failing on the highway? During negative degree temperatures? While I have My young nieces and nephews in the car? This is NOT good business and it’s appalling to think that any company would treat their customers in this way. More

Moe explained all the features on the 4 Runner and why it would be a good fit for me and the type of weather ND has. Moe didn't try and nickel and dime me and I felt he was giving me the opportunity to have the best deal possible. The whole staff was great to work with and I would highly recommend others to come visit Corwin Auto for their next vehicle purchase. I absolutely love my new vehicle. Mishandled completely! I went in to buy a ford explorer, the car is beautiful but the back handle fell off the 2nd day when asked for them to fix it they said take it to for I went in to buy a ford explorer, the car is beautiful but the back handle fell off the 2nd day when asked for them to fix it they said take it to ford perhaps its a recall....then they messed up my loan paperwork and called to ask me for an additional $1000 and its been 3 weeks and they still have not paid off my trade in loan. More

Good Salesman in a Comfortable Atmosphere I was shopping around for a new small SUV. I went to four dealers to test drive vehicles that were all rated highly in my research. Of the four salesp I was shopping around for a new small SUV. I went to four dealers to test drive vehicles that were all rated highly in my research. Of the four salespeople, two of them followed up and were both knowledable. I think the other two could have cared less if I bought a car there. At this Toyota dealership, I got lucky when I was approached quickly by a pleasant young man named Moe Omar in the lot. Moe explained features, answered questions and was personable. I actually enjoyed the process (I usually don't). They did not have the car I wanted on the lot but Moe found one and seemed genuinely excited for ME. Additionally, I thought they were fair in price negotiation. When visiting with my friends about my car shopping experiences, they laughed because I spent more time describing the salespeople than I did the cars, and said, "I like how you based your purchase on the people not the car." Thats not completely true, but I do appreciate good service. Truthfully, all of the cars I drove were nice. Disclaimer- I haven't actually received my RAV4 yet or spent one minute driving it, but I'm expecting good things. More
