My sales associate is Shane Pulley. His approach to sticking with the facts of the vehicle, to answering all our questions and without any high pressure sales tactics. This method unto itself sealed the deal on the purchase of the truck. After test driving and seeing the overall appearance of the truck I had decided I wanted the truck. Normally I as a personal rule take 24 hours before deciding if I am going to make the purchase. I was totally confident while reviewing the particulars of the truck that I was buying it then and their providing the financing would have been approved meeting my conditions. The more I drive it, the follow-up sales and service has been stellar. I am totally satisfied with the Dave gill experience. Great Expierence! We went to Dave Gill seeking a replacement vehicle after having totaled my Equinox. I was looking to purchase another Equinox, possibly upgrading to a We went to Dave Gill seeking a replacement vehicle after having totaled my Equinox. I was looking to purchase another Equinox, possibly upgrading to a V-6 engine. The entire experience at Dave Gill was great. My husband was emailed by Miranda the evening before with a vehicle the dealership thought would work. Not only was it a V-6, it was loaded and beautiful! They gave us an estimated monthly payment which was very accurate. This was all before stepping foot into the showroom! When we arrived the next morning the Equinox was waiting for us in our own labeled spot, and a hang tag in the window stating "Reserved for Mr. and Mrs. ____". Talk about making us feel special! Tracey Saura was our sales person, she is terrific! She's smart, funny, and really enjoys what she does. Tracey made us feel comfortable, she joked with us and we had a good time with her! Kevin the assistant GM, Matt the GM, Lisa the Finance Person, Steve the Service Manager, and everyone else there were as kind as could be and really did their best to make us comfortable! We even received an applause after the deal was done! I couldn't be happier with my beautiful car or with the service, attention and ease of sale we received from Tracey and everyone at Dave Gill Chevrolet! More
