I have had some bad experiences with used cars in the past, so I bought a warranty through BMW of West St. Louis to provide myself with a bit of extra protection. I am very grateful to have had that opti past, so I bought a warranty through BMW of West St. Louis to provide myself with a bit of extra protection. I am very grateful to have had that option available, and having the support of the service department with Suntrup BMW has been a great comfort. This past week, our air conditioner started blowing hot air (during the hottest week of the summer). The hot car was like torture for the children and me. Thankfully, I was able to call the service department to set up an appointment and arrange for a rental vehicle as well. My children and I were able to live our lives as if there was no disruption at all as we used the rental to continue following our schedule. Most importantly, the children were not suffering in the incredible summer heat. I am very grateful for the level of care provided to us, which removed all the stress from having car trouble. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our family. More
