This dealership has the potential to be great. Mindy was exceptional and the reason i came into the dealership. However, once she passed me off to Dylan in cold handoff everythingwent down hill. Dylan is obviouslynew but demonstrated his incompetence in basic sales skills and people skills. We communicated very clearly that we were setting this up in our business and didnt want my personal credit run since we were refinancing our home. He said they wouldnt. He misrepresented the process and ended up costing me 15 points on my credit report without my permission. Then, he said my car would arrive on the 14th. He said he would be in touch if it came in earlier. The 14th came and went and no call or email. Two days later, I finally sent him an email. No response. Finally, I called the dealership and talked to Alex. He told me my. Are was there and would need to be cleaned and charged but that Dylan was "all over it." No call from Dylan, no email follow up. The next day I called and they said Dylan came in at noon. I called back at noon. They said he was going outside with some customers but would call me back right away. An hour later no call. So we just came into the dealership. He sees me and says let me get your car. No apology for not calling or responding. He comes back and says it's in detailing and 50% charged. He said why don't you get some lunch and come back. I said I can't, but I could have come later had I known this was the situation. He gives me the car with 40% charge and no detailing. He takes me outside shows me the power cords and where to charge the car. No set up instructions or let's go over some key features. No let's walk around and inspect the car. Nothing. I asked about the app amd he said he would send me my login in 15 mins to my phone. An hour later, I had to call and get from him. Of course the password iwasn't correct and I had to reset it. We purchase a car every year to two years. And it was so nice to have your service department send me a text asking how my service went when all I had was a 40% charge and not detailing. I asked Dylan about purchasing an adapter for the car and he said. Just go to Amazon. I assume your dealership doesn't sell car accessories for profit. This could have been so much better, but it makes me clever to purchase with you all again. More
