Mike always makes this a hugely stress-free experience. Having the knowledge that the service department has my back is a huge boon. More

The downfall for me is that every time I go in for a routine maintenance, there's something wrong that they charge a ton for. I know my Outback is older, but not everyone can drop 1100 dollars easily for a repair. I took the paperwork and called Flynns for a three-hundred-dollar difference for the repair. Make sure to always get a second quote somewhere else!! Dealerships are super high, and when I go there, I feel stressed out because it feels like if nothing is wrong...they will find something. More

Efficient, courteous service. Repair was covered by warranty; loaner car was more than appreciated. Great teamwork -- noticed some servicemen helping a colleague on a busy day.
