Hey Jeff, My big rub is that we have been given the run around about the floor mats which we still have not received. Very frustrating and Edy has given us the run around. Seems like a simple thing...I have bought $1,000,000's in vehicles (Business and Personal) from you guys and this was by far the worst experience due to this ongoing saga. May seem petty but, this could have been resolved a long time ago. Let me know when they arrive as we are getting ready to order them from another dealership out of frustration.

I've leased several cars from Mark Christopher and this was by far the worst experience. I asked Mike to buy my lease. He said I could purchase a Bolt. I said I wanted to buy my lease. He said I could get a Bolt for a good price. I said I wanted to buy my lease. I said I didn't want an extended warranty and he kept arguing with me about why I needed one, not taking no for an answer. I said I am not buying one and left it at that. He kept telling me I had to put $1000 down. I didn't want to and said I wasn't going to. He said I should. I said no. Ultimately I got what I wanted, but it was very different from the Mark Christopher experience I've had before.
