Walked in to dealer shop to test drive a new crv with Jason who was great. When i asked to see numbers General sales manager Paul Mcarthy said he wouldn’t run numbers unless i’m moving forward today. How are you suppose to buy a car without seeing lease and finance numbers. He totally wasted Jasons time who works off commision salary. If i was the GM i would be concerned who a General sales manager to speak to any clients in that manner. More
