I'm disappointed in a couple levels. First of all, we had left a piece of office equipment in a loaner vehicle and didn't notice until the following day after the vehicle was returned. First of all, we had left a piece of office equipment in a loaner vehicle and didn't notice until the following day after the vehicle was returned. After calling several times and leaving our details, we were told nothing was found. My wife arrived 20 minutes after receiving this news to find the item on the service managers floor along with the now opened box of consumable materials. This whole interaction failed on many levels. To exasperate the situation further, I have not received any response from the SM or GM after contacting the service department, leaving my information, and submitting online requests. I've bought by last 3 vehicles here and they do all my service. Not sure what to do next, but this is a start. More

Alecia personally was professional, attentive to my concerns and recommended services that were also needed. Alecia kept me advised of the status of how long the service would take, and offered me vesi concerns and recommended services that were also needed. I never knew how long the troubleshooting and repair would take. she called me several times providing updates on the status several times. I've dealt with a lot of service representatives and by far Alecia was top of the list.
