2019 Forester Mike Rorke and Kevin Orner did a fantastic job at answering all my questions before I made my decision to lease my 2019 Forester-quite the upgrade fro Mike Rorke and Kevin Orner did a fantastic job at answering all my questions before I made my decision to lease my 2019 Forester-quite the upgrade from my last one! As well, Mark Piercy made sure that I was getting the best deal as possible and took time to go over all the paperwork I was signing. This is my third purchase from W&L and I can't imagine going anywhere else; awesome customer service and follow up (Love Encore Delivery). Also, the new building is very nice- both the parking and the waiting area is SO much better. More

Wonderful experience I don’t like to car shop. From the minute my grandson and I walked in we were made to feel welcome. Michael was wonderful. We changed what we were loo I don’t like to car shop. From the minute my grandson and I walked in we were made to feel welcome. Michael was wonderful. We changed what we were looking at mid sale and he was so patient. We still need another car and will definitely buy from this dealer and Michael. W&L also takes care of its customers after the sale which to me is very important. We bought one car on Saturday and we are looking forward to buying another car from here soon. They take the pain out of car shopping. Thank you W&L Subaru and Michael Rorke for taking such good care of us. More

Awesome dealership Everyone I had contact with from the moment I entered the dealership were just wonderful to me. The salesman I encountered from the first day treate Everyone I had contact with from the moment I entered the dealership were just wonderful to me. The salesman I encountered from the first day treated me with true kindness and consideration with some special accommodations I needed. My husband, being disabled could not come to the dealership to look at an automobile I was considering. Another afternoon, Mike, brought the car to our home and helped my husband get in to see how it would work for his physical limitations. Anytime I have been to the dealership, everyone I have encountered, always speaks to me and asks if I need anything. The lounge area is very spacious, comfortable and well stocked with little snacks, soft drinks, coffee. I am so glad I made the trip from Selinsgrove to the dealership. Just great people and great experience. More

No other dealership i shopped at was as helpful or consistently friendly and professional. Mike Rorke and his mom, Kim, both gave a positive experience and made me feel like an important customer. No other dealership offered to go over all of the techical aspects and different features of the vehicle with me (thanks, George!). Even the finance manager, Mark Piercy, was very clear in all of the explanations regarding payments, GAP and what all of the paper work was for. Not at all did I feel rushed to sign or hurried out the door. I really feel I have made the right decision with Subaru and with W&L. More

Excellent dealership experience My wife and I recently visited WandL Subaru in Northumberland, PA. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. It started with Internet searc My wife and I recently visited WandL Subaru in Northumberland, PA. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. It started with Internet searching and contact by Donna Gallo. While we had less than favorable experiences elsewhere, we were encouraged to come see the difference. She wasn't kidding. We were treated so well by everyone at the dealership, that made what could be a stressful experience into a pleasurable one. We were met by Mike Rourke, who was our sales representative, and he couldn't have been nicer. Very good listener and worked to get us the best deal he could. Both the sales manager and finance person were also nice to deal with. Everyone in service is friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help us out. Finally, we were offered (and agreed to) a return visit to the dealership for a new customer follow up. This gave us time to address any questions that came up in the first couple weeks of ownership. Kevin is a treasure trove of information - her really knows the Subaru features and operating procedures. We have NEVER experienced this level of customer care AFTER the sale as we did at W&L Subaru. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fair deal and to be treated with respect and courtesy. You will NOT be disappointed! More
