As a first time new car buyer I could not have been more pleased. I was allowed to explore the various models in the show room without any interference. Chad was pleasant and helpful in answering my questions and guiding my needs with questions of his own. My choice was easy and after driving my chosen vehicle I was completely satisfied and promptly purchased my new car. The experience was relaxed with absolutely no pressure. I am thoroughly happy with my new car. Even having a delivery specialist, Preston, walk me through the features of the car was very helpful and much appreciated. Everyone involved left their phone number with me in case I needed questions answered after delivery. I was thankful for that as I did need advice and was provided solutions to my questions a week later. Thank you all at W&L Subaru for a wonderful experience. More
