On June 26 I got a new Tacoma on a renewed lease. The salesman who helped me is Luis Martinez. I have known Luis since 2006 when I purchased my first Tacoma from him. I have worked with Luis Martinez on each purchase/lease I have done since 2006 and I will work with him always in the future. He is wonderful!! He asks me what I like and/or dislike about the truck I currently own. Then he asks me what I specifically want in my new truck. He always makes sure I am 100% satisfied with my new truck! He is a wonderful and caring salesman! Yesterday Luis Martinez and Mike Perez helped me with some credit score issues and were able to find the perfect price and loan/lease for me. Everything was explained to me in detail so I knew exactly what was happening. As a senior it is very important that I know exactly what is going on and I very much appreciated their work on my behalf. Anna Nathan was the Finance person who helped me with all the final paperwork. She also explained everything along the way. When it came to purchasing add-ons like GAP insurance and an alarm system, she explained to me why these are important, but did not push me into adding them onto my lease. When I chose to purchase these she was able to find a killer deal for me! My experience in leasing a new truck yesterday was great!! My experience with Luis Martinez as a salesman is always great!!
