The only thing that I was not pleased with was after all papers were signed and I picked up the vehicle I could only communicate with Mike by text only. I was told to text not call. That was very irritating to me that I could no longer communite with my salesperson anymore by phone after I purchased the car when I had questions about the car. WOW!!! It was not a problem before I purchased the car. More

Best Birthday Present Ever! Mike just helped me keep a promise from last year. I wish I could give Mike 10 stars!! Last year Mike helped me get my current SUV, which I love. Mike just helped me keep a promise from last year. I wish I could give Mike 10 stars!! Last year Mike helped me get my current SUV, which I love. So at that time, I promised my wife I'd get her dream car for her 60th birthday next year. Fast forward a year and a few months, when I talked with Mike last week, I was expecting just to remind Mike that I was still planning to surprise my wife with her new dream car. I give him the features list that my wife had come up with awhile back when we were just "looking" at dream cars. So for fun, I had my wife go to the Mercedes website and built her dream car, she didn't realize I was gathering information. Upon giving Mike this information, Mike called me back and said, "This car doesn't exist in North American!". A fully equiped, "Red" C300 wasn't to be had. But Mike didn't stop looking. He called me back later in the day with the question, "Do you think she'd like Black? I found exactly one car with the full features list, but it's Black.". Long story short, I told Mike to pull the trigger and get the car if he could. Mind you this all took place in four days. My call to Mike was Monday morning...my wife took delivery that Thursday!! Unbelievable service! Not only did he find the car of her dream, but he also bought a large "Red" bow to place on the car. So when we went to pick it up at his office, I wanted it to be a big surprise, as we drove up, she saw Mike standing next to her brand new 2017 MB C300 birthday present with a big Red bow on the hood. The look on her face was priceless! And one I'll never forget. Thanks again Mike you are one of a kind!! More
