I recently purchased a GX550 from Lexus of WC and had a great experience! Mike helped us with an initial test drive of the demo GX, provided a ton of information and answered our questions on narrowing great experience! It was ~4-5 weeks from the time we placed a deposit to the delivery of the vehicle, Mike checked in frequently with updates which was appreciated. The car ended up arriving on 12/31 (aka an already very busy day for dealerships!). When we arrived that evening to look over the car and finalize the financing, Mike's colleague Franceoa assisted us. Franceoa was also excellent! Our financing rep, I believe his name was Daniel, was also very kind and patient with my 100 questions. Overall, every one we interacted with a WC Lexus was amazing - super friendly, personable, responsive, and stellar at what they do. We happily spent a couple hours of our new years eve with this crew and are extremely pleased with the level of service they provided AND our beautiful new GX.
