Not a worth to deal with this sales person and dealership. Booked the 2022 Tahoe with $1000 deposit; signed the invoice; Tahoe came in to the dealership; sales person Rami Alamawi sent a video; dealership. Booked the 2022 Tahoe with $1000 deposit; signed the invoice; Tahoe came in to the dealership; sales person Rami Alamawi sent a video; started working on Financing; did back & forth as their rates were more, he sent me new invoice with $4500 extra for extended warranty, GAP package, I declined as Rami and Walter Fields (sales manager) can’t force any customer to buy those. They sold it to someone else before my final approval. They wasted my time, credit score got hurt, took all my personal information. I requested politely to make a deal but they just want more money, must have gotten another customer who they can rip off easily. I don’t know why Walter is a sales manager, he repeated at Least 10 times “you have to buy the extend warranty and finance with us”. They all are ripping customers off by adding extra accessories and warranty for no reason, they have no rights to do this. More

Jennifer met me at the door and askedIf she could help Jennifer met me at the door and asked If she could help me. She listened to what kind of car I was looking for and proceeded to show me one and expla Jennifer met me at the door and asked If she could help me. She listened to what kind of car I was looking for and proceeded to show me one and explained all the features and offered to let me test drive it. After going home and discussing it with my husband we set up an appointment for the next morning. I had to leave for a-doctor appointment so she completed all the paper with my husband and I was able to come back and add by signature to all the documents and pick up my new, clean car later that afternoon. Phillips Chevrolet has gone out of their way to care for my Car. I needed a major repair on my low mileage vehicle and they were able to make me a great offer on my used car so I could get a new one.
