Pleasing Purchase Three of my last four cars have been Honda Accords. I appreciate what this car has for personal amenities. As a note, the "NOT Honda" was a Mercedes Three of my last four cars have been Honda Accords. I appreciate what this car has for personal amenities. As a note, the "NOT Honda" was a Mercedes SL that I really liked, but was not up to the quality and durability I had come to expect from Honda. I ended up buying my fourth Accord. I traded in my V6 coupe that I loved. I picked up the latest version of the Hybrid. While they have many things in common, as Accords, they are vastly different. The ride is comfortable and extremely economical- I have gotten over 64 mpg on a few occasions. It is a very quiet and smooth car. This is the third car I purchased at the Ocala dealership. I have a long relationship with them. When I moved into town 15 years ago, I dealt with them for my service. The dealership has gone through many changes and has only become better. Mike Lehman made this a pleasurable experience. He is easy to get to know and very knowledgeable about the cars and customer service. While I was unsure because my previous sales person had left, I felt at ease. He made many promises and has lived up to them. He has been staying in touch without being overbearing. This dealership has done well by me and I recommend them. More

Unbelievable service Needed to purchase a new car, I have always kept with a Honda due to the cars resale value as well as excellent car. This was a big decision for us since we were down-sizing. The CRV handles very well and has a lot of trinkets o it. we do miss our Odyssey but are getting used to the CRV. More

Long-time customers, disgusted! Deal only with Michael Lehman for sales, but brace yourself for the finance department and management. While I am closing the deal on my new CR-V, we Deal only with Michael Lehman for sales, but brace yourself for the finance department and management. While I am closing the deal on my new CR-V, we realize my husband has parked in the GM's beloved parking spot, after numerous overhead pages, because GM comes in to the showroom demanding to know who the eff is in his xxxxxx parking spot, with my 13-yr old son, as well as other customers and employees are right in front of him. My husband heard him and went out in to the showroom asking what's the problem, stating we're trying to close a deal, and that we'll be done in just a few minutes. The GM called him an xxxxxx xxxxxx, again in front of our son who was waiting for us. How is this ever ok? To make matters worse, Waseem Tawraneh, some finance guy, then very loudly and verbally berates my husband for being "disrespectful to an employee." Seriously? My husband stood up to go out in the hall to speak to him out of earshot, and he is then accused by Waseem of "coming at him." Unbelievable! I've never been so disgusted with people in customer service. I sincerely wish today that I had gone with my gut and handed the new car keys back to one of them. Update: I have received immediate correspondence from this dealership and I believe they will do whatever is necessary to make this right. I also want to reiterate that this is no reflection on our salesman, Michael Lehman. He bent over backward from the first minute and is the epitome of respect and professionalism. It means a lot that the owner of the dealership takes things like this seriously. More
