I'd done a lot of research and decided upon a 2016 Toyota RAV4 with AWD. Problems arose almost immediately - couldn't find one. More than one dealership promised to get one for me but ultimately it fell through. I was very, very frustrated. Luckily, I made contact with Mike Lee at Fred Anderson. We met Mike and went through our wishlist for my car. Mike was extremely knowledgeable about the state of things in the Southeast Region. He found the car for me and was able to secure it - without fail! We sat through the dealing process without any of the pain and frustrations we've experienced in the past at other car dealerships over the years. My wife and I are in our sixties and we deeply resent being "sold" and having our intelligence insulted. None of this happened with Mike Lee. Mike is friendly and he inspired confidence that he can get things done the way we wished. Mike gave us a great deal and kept his word and none of the "us versus the customer" adversarial nonsense we've had some sales people do. Our car came in early as Mike said it might. It was in perfect condition, ready to go. Mike thanked us for our business and said to be sure to call if we needed him for anything and I believe him. I also thanked Mike for a truly pleasant experience - I meant it. Mike Lee is a true professional, he gave us an experience that far exceeded our expectations.
