Salesman was very good and helpful after the sale. Poor communication of sale price and trade allowance caused some issues which were discussed and resolved but not to my favor. Edit*** after reading my review, Maurice called me within 5 minutes, he was quite aggressive and borderline yelling before I told him to never call me again and I hung up!!! I called the dealership an within 5 minutes, he was quite aggressive and borderline yelling before I told him to never call me again and I hung up!!! I called the dealership and spoke to Sales manager Randy whom was very nice and assured me this would be handled. ** end edit*** Maurice was my salesman, a poor communicator and not very knowledgeable. The dealership has absurd fees, and fees on top of fees. Then, they failed to complete the documents properly resulting in multiple repeat calls and emails for me to sign/re-sign. I would not do business here again. I would like to note that Mr Lima, the GM, and Randy, sales Manager, were helpful in dealing with these issues. With that said, I still would not do business here. More

The purchase was the only contact I had at the dealership. Originally John Taylor was more than accommodating, bringing the vehicle to my home & initiating the purchase. He set the appointment time for me to come to the dealership for delivery. It was on a Sunday at 11, which was the opening time. I waited an 1 1/2 hrs. The vehicle was not ready. I gladly would have accepted a later time to insure a timely delivery. Upon returning home I immediately texted a photo of the dent that was not repaired. The vehicle was backed in for delivery and I was never offered nor did I do a walk around. John Taylor assured me he would get it scheduled and repaired. That was 3 weeks ago and he has not responded to emails or texts. Very disappointing to be completely ignored. I am aware that part of the certification requires that any body damaged be corrected.
