I had looked online before hand and thought I knew what I wanted. After being underwhelmed with my own choices, Mike had made some suggestions. He showed me an Equinox. I had a ton of several silly questions and concerns that Mike answered without making me feel stupid. I loved the Equinox he suggested and ended up walking out with a car that day. Mike definitely made buying my first car so easy, and even scheduled a fixup for one of the concerns I had before I left the lot. I feel like he really took care of me. More
