Quick, easy and just the way a dealership should be Was in the market for a new Prius and new exactly what I wanted. I didn't need or want a sales pitch, I just wanted to buy a car. Luckily for me, I m Was in the market for a new Prius and new exactly what I wanted. I didn't need or want a sales pitch, I just wanted to buy a car. Luckily for me, I met JIM AMERSON. Jim listened to me, told me what was available without beating around the bush and a day or two later I drove out happily in my new Prius. It was completely different from other car buying experiences I have ever had where, instead of paying attention to my needs and wants, other sales people have tried to sell me something I really didn't want then refused to "work" with me on the price. Jim did not do any of that and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with him. He explained everything about the transaction in detail and went over every Toyota program.available to help me keep my car in top operating condition. And it didn't end with the sale. When I picked the car up, Jim didn't just thank me and send me on my way. No, he accompanied me to he car and for some time sat with me, going over the owner's manual and demonstrating all the features on the car. I have never had any dealer do that and I can't express strongly enough how very much I appreciated his taking the time to do so. I came away feeling that I hadn't just met a salesman. Instead, I felt that I'd made a friend. It's a pity that cars are a long-term purchase as it keeps me from buying another one any time soon. However, rest assured that I have told and will tell anyone and everyone I meet who needs a car where to find the best service-Fred Anderson Toyota - AND(!) whom to talk to - JIM AMERSON. More
