The dealership seemed to be very outgoing and helpful, and tried to make the process as painless as possible. There was about a three and a half hour process from start to finish. It was definitely a lot better of an experience this time than last time. Scott was very outgoing and was determined to help us find the vehicle that fit our family best. Mike also was very helpful with negotiating the price and getting us to where we wanted to be. Overall we were very pleased with our experience here and would definitely recommend this dealership to the Lehigh Valley and anyone else. More
