Shook my hand, looked me in the eye. He asked what I was interested in and when I told him he immediately took me to the cars I was talking about. He knew about every one of them. He was patient with my numerous questions. I really wanted to get a car that day and it was NOT a problem. He and the team he worked with including Mike Disora were incredibly helpful. EVERYONE was polite, friendly, respectful and informed. Obviously it was going to take a little bit of time for me to drive away that same day with the car I chose, a 2013 Nissan Altima, certified used. But Scott kept me informed of everything he was doing during the process. He also had another customer coming in to see him and took the same respectful and friendly care of her as well. I did get my car that day. I will be telling friends and family about the great experience I had at Kelly Nissan Rt. 33. My husband and I were so pleased and very happy with the service we received from the beginning to the end. Ken was the best sales person I have ever worked with. There was no pressure on buying anything and was more than willing to help find just the right vehicle. He was very friendly and asking the right questions to find out what I was looking for. When we found the right vehicle the experience even got better. John Lim and Mike Disora worked so hard in getting us approved for a loan and going above and beyond with making sure the price was what we could afford. They kept us updated and were so friendly. When we came to sign the paperwork Michael Salavati was so friendly and caring of what we could afford with the payments, he worked with us getting protection on the vehicle and listened to our stories. He gave his honest opinion on what warranties were most important. He went above and beyond the call of duty along with everyone else on the team. From the moment we shook hands with Eric Sparrow he was genuine and friendly. We were looking for a lease or used Nissan Rogue. Although the price for lease on a new vehicle was out of our range Eric continued to work with us and did not give up! He showed us a 2011 Nissan Rogue with all of the features we were looking for as well as many others! Although we were still far apart on price he continued to work with and for us to get a payment that we were happy with! We are now the proud owners of a 2011 Nissan Rogue, that has all the bells and whistles that we wanted plus so much more for a price that we could afford. We would recommend Eric Sparrow and Kelly Nissan to anyone that that is looking for a dealership that truly cares about its customers as well as its cars!!! More

I found not only the sales associates but their entire front en reviewing/talking with multiple dealerships, Kelly Nissan should have been the first. I found not only the sales associates but their entire front end staff which includes their sales and financial associates to be extremely helpful and courteous. They have an amazing assortment of vehicles which did not take me long to decide. Their pricing is better then most other dealerships and they are not afraid to sit down and talk with you. I had to also speak with their Service Mgr by chance and they all seem to know what they are doing. Taking care of the customer! Thank you for making this an easy transition for me. Scott Tophoney, the salesperson, was knowledgeable and very friendly. He stuck to my budget with no pressure and was able to find me just what I was looking for. After visiting so many other dealerships Kelly Nissan was a by far the best dealership and should have been my first stop because it would've been my only stop. Everyone from the salesperson Scott, his manager Mike Disora, and finance person John Arena by far exceeded my expectations.
