A busy Friday afternoon in Jjuly Our salesperson - Damen - was outstanding. The time spent on the whole process was less so. Nearly 5 hours, with most of it waiting on somebody othe Our salesperson - Damen - was outstanding. The time spent on the whole process was less so. Nearly 5 hours, with most of it waiting on somebody other than Damen to do something. To be fair, there were about 7 other couples, singles and families at various stages of transaction while we were there. Went in "just to look" and starting my buying process. With a little help from his manager, Damen found a vehicle on the lot that met my criteria for features, comforts, colors and pricing. I was hooked on the Edge AWD Titanium. Some of the waiting was due to my previous lien holder not releasing the lien, even though the vehicle I was trading in had been paid off 3 years before. More
