Poor communication, disorganized, not transparent, poor follow-up. We bought a vehicle brought in from their Linn location, was never told we would not be able to take home day of purchase. I came in around 10am and sat down at mikes desk. I explained to him I have terrible to poor credit. I have 2000 down payment. I told him I been peddling a E-BIKE for close to 2 years while I saved u I explained to him I have terrible to poor credit. I have 2000 down payment. He went to the office and he made what I thought to be magic possible and brought me a BRAND NEW 2025 Trax and said this is it. The payments was right so I signed and was driving away by noon.
