Service Advisor was not very friendly and was slightly confrontational. We went in to have a chip repaired in the windshield that was there when we bought the vehicle. She tried to have us pay and the win confrontational. We went in to have a chip repaired in the windshield that was there when we bought the vehicle. Kate was wonderful ans was able to have our Colorado repaired the same day, allowing us to travel out of town, on schedule. She did a great job keeping us up to date on status.
