Brought in for an oil change and fluid level check prior to trip. Waited a long time, when i asked the girl at the front desk she stated it was parked in sie lot. I took keys and went o retrieve my vehi to trip. Waited a long time, when i asked the girl at the front desk she stated it was parked in sie lot. I took keys and went o retrieve my vehicle. Found it with cardboard inserted in window. I went back in they stated the window needed a new part. I went to the service spokesperson he stated it needed a new part forthe door so window would operate. He took me to parts area and they charged me 600 to order part/ Each time I called or went in over the next 6 months they stated part wasnt in. Today i went in to get rfund for non appearing part. I was told promasters are popular so difficult to get part. Stated they wouldnt issue a refund because promasters were popular. Stated no refund because they charged me $600 for diagnostics. Window worked when i bought it in. They lost a good customer for 600. I will never buy a RAM van again More
