Diagnostic fee is way out there compared to others. ..and had hidden fees. Came out to $314. NOT the $250 I was told...and they misdiagnosed. My Overheating issue was taken care of last year by this se ..and had hidden fees. Came out to $314. NOT the $250 I was told...and they misdiagnosed. My Overheating issue was taken care of last year by this service dept. And now its happening again. Only this time I was told it would cost me $1889. But I was already burned by diagnostic fee so I had to ask repeated questions to find out all the hidden fees,that would have really brought my total to well over 2k. SHADY Took Jeep to another company, and price was considerably cheaper, and found out that had your service depth fixed it correctly the first time, this issue would not have happened. So for your shady dishonest service department would gove 0 stars if I could. I will tell others about how they tried to scam me with hidden fees and false diagnosis, and lousy work done and dishonesty in covering up their lack of work at my expense. More

I am happy that my car is running better. I was upset that company changed the warranty. So what use to be covered from when the date of the original issue was is no longer valid. I am grateful that I have extended warranty coverage otherwise I would have not been able to get my issue fixed. Not nice that they changed the warranty policy. But what is done is done.
