I had to have my car towed in for service on an immobilizer I had repaired 3 months ago. Didn't hear anything from anyone. Bishoi was out of town? Didn't re assign me another service rep. The servi immobilizer I had repaired 3 months ago. Didn't hear anything from anyone. Bishoi was out of town? Didn't re assign me another service rep. The service manager would not call me back after multiple messages I left on his phone my vehicle was there for 7 days. Completely unprofessional behavior from everyone I came into contact with. Unacceptable service. Completely unsatisfied. Completely unprofessional. Terrible service department. I would give 0 stars if I could. More

Brought 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Summit in on a Friday with an appointment to look at why I don't have air condtioning on driver's side but have it on passenger side. I had to wait o Summit in on a Friday with an appointment to look at why I don't have air condtioning on driver's side but have it on passenger side. I had to wait one week to get an appointment. They did not look at it till following Tuesday. The only reason i found out is because i had to drive from Englewood back to dealership to talk to my service writer because no one would answer the phone. Worst dealership i have ever been at. No one answers the phone. A phone service answers then takes a message or puts you on hold or transfer you through to service writer who never answers the phone. You never get to your service writer or even the service manager ti call you back. More
