Great Experience! Mike Beck met us at the door when we showed up to look for a new 2015 Highlander XLE. As we drove, Mike explained the various features while we test drove. Mike gave us a fantastic deal on the car and we pulled the trigger the following day (no pressure from Mike as we needed time to work with our bank). On purchase day, Mike continued to provide excellent service going through all the paperwork and he gave us a detailed overview of the electronic dash features available in the new car. He was kind enough to get a RAV4 for my wife and I to test drive Mike Beck was our sales person. We met Mike one evening at the dealership entrance. We want the blizzard pearl color and he was able to find one for us considering it is the end of the 2014 season. He has a good followup and attentive to your needs and concerns. He also attentively paid attention to the delivery process; i.e., finance, final prep, plates, additional instals, touch up paint etc.. was very involved and genuinely wanted to ensure his peers shined through to his valued customer. Sales manager was very competitive on price when shown my efforts with similar direct and competitive products and dealers. Other supporting personnel were equally as impressive; polite, suggestive and supportive rather than closing me hard and pushing hard on the peripherals. I required a hitch and remote start to be installed, encountered impressive co-facilitation of the process with a focus on expediting my request while also coordinating to ensure one visit (within one week of purchase) would accomplish complete install of all additional items.. Highly recommended! Will see how service department performs comparatively as we drive our purchase. More

He did this by respecting my opinions and considering my needs, all without pressuring me to make a decision before I was ready. Mike even let me take the Sienna for a ride on the dealer's test track, pointing out its unique handling features (e.g. small turning radius). He even showed me how to synch up the bluetooth for hands-free phone operation! I would highly recommend Mike to friends and co-workers looking for a new or used Toyota. More
