Thank You, Toyota of Naperville! We bought our Prius 10 years ago at Toyota of Naperville, and all of our service/maintenance was done there as well. When it came time to buy another car, we went back to Toyota of Naperville to buy our new Toyota, this time a 2018 RAV4 Hybrid. From salesman Mike Beck to the General Manager Pat O'Brien, I always am addressed by name, and made to feel very welcome. Mike Beck is the best, and I always ask for him. I don't shop there unless he's there. He takes the time to show me the vehicles in stock. Never pushy. Give me a great deal every time and make sure I am satisfied. Let me take my time with decision and take as much time with the vehicle as I need. Always offer to let me take it home overnight to really check the car out. Give me top dollar on my trades. Joe Casillo in finance answered all my questions, explained all the options, and was not in a hurry or pushy. Great customer service. Always fresh Starbucks coffee! More
