The people here were very nice and provided the best help they could, but we wish they could have accepted our negotiated price more. However, I felt like the employees did their best to assist us and they d they could, but we wish they could have accepted our negotiated price more. Everyone at Toyota of Naperville was very nice and helpful, but especially my sales person, Mike Beck. He made me want to purchase my vehicle from him - He instilled a sense of trust, was very patient helpful, but especially my sales person, Mike Beck. Mike was very friendly and helpful pointing out all the features of our Camry, and in clearly laying out all the components of the purchase cost. Phoxay was very helpful in pointing out the various accessory options, but she did not apply any pressure or push us toward any particular decision. Gary was very professional and friendly helping us to decide on the right financing and warranty options. The whole team worked with us in a pressure-free environment that my wife and I found very enjoyable. We would definitely do business with them again. More

From Mike the sales person to the support and finance staff, it was relaxed, friendly and professional. Working with Mike and this dealership was a good overall experience. The new facility is unbelievable and beautiful for selling & repairing cars. Buying a new car is always a daunting experience, altho experience. The new facility is unbelievable and beautiful for selling & repairing cars. Buying a new car is always a daunting experience, although Toyota of Naperville made is almost as painless as possible. I guess my rating is a little off perfect because we always will wonder if really got the best price/deal on our new car and trade-in. More

I went looking for a new car, and Mike Beck was great. He showed the styles of the cars on the budget I was looking for. He also taught me how to use the emergency parking brake, was very patience and set up showed the styles of the cars on the budget I was looking for. He also taught me how to use the emergency parking brake, was very patience and set up the blue tooth for me too in my new car. That was very nice of him. Before I left with my new car, he did a quick review of all the equipment that the car comes with, the radio and how to record favorite stations, the blue tooth as I mentioned earlier, the parking brake, and the list goes on and on. He also showed where is the Service station. I thought this dealer is very nice, the price is good too. and I love the fact that they offer courtesy rentals when your car has to be in for few days, so I don't need to keep bothering my friends for rides. I recommend this dealer. More

Mike Beck was very pleasant to work with and gave us a decent price on our new Highlander. While the price wasn't as good as I hoped it could be, we both left with a price we could live with. Mike's attitude made the difference for us between walking to another dealer to get a better deal or making the sale on the car we wanted. It was very low pressure (until we got to the business manager) and we enjoyed that. The only reason Toyota of Naperville is marked good instead of great was the high pressure from the business manager to sell us on extended warranties and service. We thought we were going to talk financing options but instead got a lengthy sales pitch on extended warranties and never really got much from him on financing options. More

We have been looking for a car with great gas mileage, but never owned a Toyota. So, we looked at the Camry due to the wonderful reviews. We still didn't feel that it would benefit us as much as we would but never owned a Toyota. So, we looked at the Camry due to the wonderful reviews. We still didn't feel that it would benefit us as much as we would like it too, so we opted to look for a smaller car like the prius and the corolla. We drove both and thought the corolla was a big small inside but surprisingly was quite impressed with the prius. In checking out a few dealerships in the area, we agreed that the Naperville location was so friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to answer questions and take all the time we needed in answering our questions, so we purchased the 2011 Prius from them. We received 4 calls in the first 4 days of owning the car from our salesman who was just checking to see if we had any questions or problems with the vehicle. We couldn't have asked for a better sales experience and we are now pleased to be a part of the Toyota Family. Thank you and we are looking forward to many years of gas savings while getting 50+ mpg!
