Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable with good senses of humor (maybe a weird thing to comment on but something that is important to me and makes me feel more comfortable in what could be a tense situation). I never felt pressured to do anything I didn't want to and was overall very pleased with my experience and purchase. More
