My last purchase was in 2016 at NSF, my 2016 F150 recently had hail damage repaired in 2024 and an issue due to a mistakenly wrong item ordered to replace my tonneau cover was discovered late due to recently had hail damage repaired in 2024 and an issue due to a mistakenly wrong item ordered to replace my tonneau cover was discovered late due to my health issues. Kevin Dorning (Parts Sales - directed me to Robert Jones), Mike Bayer (Service Director - stepped up to assist Mr. Jones due to ongoing meetings) and Robert Jones (Service GM) made the purchase Right for this happy customer! The right people are at the right positions at this dealership! I will definately use this dealership again to purchase my next vehicle! More

In todays world where the norm for many businesses seems to be " hurry up and wait " approach to customer service there is one exception, Northside Ford, especially the service department. This department i to be " hurry up and wait " approach to customer service there is one exception, Northside Ford, especially the service department. This department is consistently ' right on ' when it comes to professionalism, skills knowledge and commitment to Total Customer Care. One individual in particular in the service advisory department, Mr. Gary Conn who by the way is always my ' go to advisor ' whenever the need to have to take my vehicle in. His professionalism, technical knowledge is indisputable and together with the patience, empathy and desire to do everything possible to resolve the issue/problem always comes thru. He will go above and beyond to take care of a situation and if it requires reaching out to resources which he does not have to in order to facilitate/expedite a solution, he does so as part of taking care of the customer when I'm aware he's not obligated to do. Kudos to him and the dealership for having him on their team. More

This dealership rates good in sales service because the customer is getting a new vehicle and that is relatively easy. When is comes to Service - Forget It! This is not an employee problem, but a dealer p customer is getting a new vehicle and that is relatively easy. When is comes to Service - Forget It! This is not an employee problem, but a dealer problem. I had a recall on my truck, I took it in just the notice said. Service told me I needed to leave my truck for 3 to 4 days just to see if it qualified for the recall, then they would order parts and put in line for repairs. They had 90 cars in for electrical. It took the one week to even look at it. I could not pick up my truck and bring it back, as I would loose my place in line. This is not just due to the COVID, even though it is worse now. Northside Ford has always made it hard to bring a vehicle for recalls/repairs. When you take your vehicle in, your told how much it will be if not covered under a warranty or recall. Which is an unrealistic amount. NS Ford charges $140 to just plug in the tool that reads the check engine light. Auto Zone will do this for free. I agree with the others, Northside Ford customer service is the worst! More

Customer service review I take my vehicle to North Side Ford for the quick and quality service they provide. I drop off my vehicle knowing it is in good hands and come get it I take my vehicle to North Side Ford for the quick and quality service they provide. I drop off my vehicle knowing it is in good hands and come get it when it is ready. The service technicians keep their focus to complete their work and get to the next customer promptly. They are curteous and respectful of your needs. The sales team are always helpful and able to answer our questions and give us details on the vehicles for sale on the lot. The facility is always in nice condition and if you make it out during holidays, you may get a free snack or lunch. When we go to the dealer, NorthSide Ford is an automatic decision. More

Car service Mike Bayer / James Britt I called service 2 weeks ago I spoke to Mike , I told him I was coming in from Houston I asked if I need to make an appoin Mike Bayer / James Britt I called service 2 weeks ago I spoke to Mike , I told him I was coming in from Houston I asked if I need to make an appointment he told me no just bring my car in. I took 2 days of PTO to bring my car in. i get there this morning 8/30/2018 at 7am only to be told (by James Britt) they couldn’t check my car for me to bring it another day! Told him that I took PTO, so that he can get my car fixed from a wheel allignment and a noise it makes when I press on the brakes.. He didn’t care what I had to say!!! I’ve only had my car since May and have had this issue since then. Even Took my car to a ford dealership in Houston. They said they fixed the issue but they did not. I shouldn’t be having to go through this. You’d think they’d care since I came in from Houston. Who wants to take PTO to get their car fixed and then being given the run around?
