Loren, we understand your frustration and are following the Ford procedures and process to repair your vehicle. Ford requires that we first do a reprogram and relearn of the transmission which is different than a maintenance. There are more steps in the repair process from Ford that we need to follow since step 1 did not work. Mike will be in touch with you about what do to moving forward. We want the problem fixed immediately for your truck as well but we have to follow Ford’s repair process for this issue.
