The sales is pretty good, the service side is where things seem to fall apart. The level of service is the same regardless of Genesis or Hyundai there’s no luxury fuel in the showroom or the service si things seem to fall apart. My car was I. The shop for 2 weeks. They had to order a part for a recall. I think they should’ve had the part ready for me cause they knew they were going to do t The shop for 2 weeks. They had to order a part for a recall. I think they should’ve had the part ready for me cause they knew they were going to do that repair. Also, it was very expensive to get a latch repaired. They did offer me a discount because of how long my car was in the shop and I think they forgot about it because I had to make three calls to remind them to keep working on it. More
