Unprofessional customer service. I was told I would get a call back by a service advisor the next day and 5 days later still no phone call. I had to call you guys back and when I did I was told it would c a call back by a service advisor the next day and 5 days later still no phone call. I had to call you guys back and when I did I was told it would cost 3600 to replace my front brake pads because my rotors would also need to be replaced. You guys tried upselling me a simple brake job so I went to another dealership. Every time I am getting an oil change I am met with nothing but Attitude from the service advisors sitting behind the desk. I have names of all of them if you guys want to look into the complaint more. I have a Mercedes’ Benz as well and take it for service at downtown la Mercedes’ and their customer service at the service department is 100 times better than russel Westbrook. They have professional employees who have great attitudes while helping customers. Something russel Westbrook should learn. Vahe behind the service desk was helping me last time and my car was delivered back to the drop off area after completing service. I go to vahe and he says give me 10 minutes I’ll help you. Fast forward 30 minutes later and after sending him a text message asking how long he finally helps me with a bad attitude. If my car is done and sitting at drop off I need my car then not 30 minutes later. I’ve already been there for 4 hours waiting for an oil change. More
