I liked Benny, but they didn’t communicate early enough and I ended up going to the dealership when the car wasn’t ready. They had told me early on Wednesday it would be ready Wednesday and then he tried and I ended up going to the dealership when the car wasn’t ready. They had told me early on Wednesday it would be ready Wednesday and then he tried to call me at 4 PM and I was already on my way and didn’t pick up. So I wasted a couple hours and I had to come again in the morning. They need to text instead of calling or both. More

It’s only not a 5 star Because it took almost 2 hours to get out of there and my tire pressure light won’t go off. I was there at 7am checked in by 7:07am and out of there right before 9am. The guy that he get out of there and my tire pressure light won’t go off. I was there at 7am checked in by 7:07am and out of there right before 9am. The guy that helped me was great. Back to the tire pressure, I called and spoke to a guy in the service department and he was good too although he said that the 5th tire on my Jeep also needed to be checked and possibly that was it. WHY didn’t they check that when I was there for two hours. More
